Velocitynet - Notice history

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that our email server will be temporarily offline for urgent maintenance on the evening of Tuesday, November 3, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 2.5 hours.

What this means for you during the maintenance window:

• Webmail & Email Access: You will be unable to log into webmail or access your mailbox via email applications (such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or mobile apps).

• Sending & Receiving: You will not be able to send or receive emails while the server is offline.

• Incoming Mail Safety: Any emails sent to you during this outage will not be lost or returned to the sender. External mail servers will safely queue incoming messages and deliver them automatically to your inbox once our server is back online.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary maintenance may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our systems secure and reliable.

Several of our websites and portals are currently offline while we deploy urgent security patches for newly identified PHP vulnerabilities.

During this maintenance window, services including Webmail, Our Main Website, and Customer Management Systems will be temporarily unavailable. Our team is actively working to complete these updates and safely restore full service as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We are currently investigating this incident. Please do not power off or restart your local equipment, it will reconnect automatically when the connection is available again.
